Committed to finding the perfect outfit for your special occasion. Please review our store policies to ensure a smooth and successful journey. 

Alterations

In-house services: 

We offer professional and reliable alterations for an additional fee. 

Scheduling: 

Alteration appointments should be booked at least 4-6 weeks prior to wedding/bridesmaid dress pickup.  However, we can occasionally make special allowances for rush dress alterations depending availability.

Alternate tailoring

You may choose your own tailor, but we are not responsible for external alterations.

Booking/cancellation

Appointments are recommended for bridal consultations to ensure a customized experience. You can book online or by phone. While there is no penalty, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. If you must reschedule it, please notify us within 4 hours of the beginning of your appointment.

Duration

Each appointment lasts approximately 60 to 90 minutes.

Guests

We welcome up to 2 guests per client to ensure a comfortable and focused experience. 

Purchases

Special orders

Custom ordering of gowns is not available. We offer cash and carry of in-stock inventory only. ​ Payment:  Full payment is required at time of purchase.​

Refund policy

All sales final:  Due to the customized nature of our inventory, all purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges. This includes purchases made via phone or email.
